Where are the Aircraft now?

BAHG

The fate of the research aircraft at Bedford over the period 1955 - 1994 is somewhat mixed. Many have been scrapped or modified after completion of the trials programmes in which they took part.

The table below indicates the current location and state of those for which BAHG has information. Please contact us if there are any errors or omissions.

This page relates only to the purpose built research aircraft at Bedford. In the course of time we will be adding those aircraft, both military and civil, that were modified for research purposes.

Our 'Useful links' page will connect to the relevant museum or web site.
